HOW TO ENTER: To enter Chaplaincy’s giveaway you must do 2 of the follow: ( 1 ) On Chaplaincy’s 3rd Annual End-of-Life Conference Facebook event page, Invite One person you feel would benefit from the inspirational EOL Conference topics, ( 2 ) Comment below which Ira Byock book you look forward to reading, ( 3 ) Sign Up with Early Bird registration for the End-of-Life Conference. If all 3 are completed, you will receive an extra entry in the giveaway.

This giveaway will run for one week; beginning Tuesday, September 25, 2018, ending Tuesday, October 2, 2018, 12:00 PM PST.

Official Rules and Regulations –

  1. Promotion runs Tuesday, September 25, 2018, 12:00 PM PST through Tuesday, October 2, 2018, 12:00 PM PST.
  2. To be eligible to win Chaplaincy Health Care’s Giveaway contestant must have completed 2 out of 3 of the following items: ( 1 ) On Chaplaincy’s 3rd Annual End-of-Life Facebook event page, Invite One person you feel would benefit from the inspirational EOL Conference topics, ( 2 ) Comment below which Ira Byock book you look forward to reading, ( 3 ) Sign Up with Early Bird registration for the End-of-Life Conference. If all 3 are completed, you will receive an extra entry in the giveaway. If all 3 are completed, you will receive an extra entry.
  3. Chaplaincy Health Care will announce the winner (first name and last initial only) on a Facebook discussion post in the EOL Conference Facebook event. The winner will be contacted directly through Facebook messaging from Chaplaincy Health Care and will have 5 days to claim their giveaway.
